You’ll work directly with a master craftsman learning the exact tools, tricks, and real-world workflows of high-end retouching and post-production. You will be doing hand-made, intentional finishing work for real clients and you will be paid to do it. Earn more and more as you develop your skills.

What you bring to the table:

Intermediate photography, graphic design, or illustration skills. commercial retouchers come from all types of backgrounds. You don’t need to be a master of anything but you do need to be focused and eager to learn.

Basic grasp of color theory and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

Solid computer skills, Wacom tablet experience a plus.

You have good taste and can articulate why something subjective is good or bad.

You just love making stuff.
